Major Motivation

Increased international trade has led to emerging tax planning which exposes government revenue to risk. This requires government staff to be empowered with knowledge and technical skills on DTA’s (International Tax Treaties- ITT’s) and transfer pricing.

Outcome

Improved technical skills for negotiating of DTA’s (ITT’s) between Ethiopia and other countries; and enhanced capacity for combating revenue risk arising from transfer pricing.
