Turning Earth Observation into Scalable Bioeconomy Systems
We provide integrated Earth Observation–enabled research and advisory services that support strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and investment-ready bioeconomy programmes. Our work helps governments, donors, and innovation partners translate satellite, climate, and economic data into credible, scalable impact.
Bioeconomy Strategy & Impact Integration
We support clients in embedding Earth Observation and sustainability intelligence into bioeconomy, agrifood, and land-use strategies.
Our services include risk and opportunity mapping, alignment with international climate and land-use frameworks, and the design of systems that enable responsible growth and long-term adoption.
MRV, Policy & Institutional Readiness
We conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory, policy, and reporting frameworks relevant to land use, agriculture, and the bioeconomy.
Our work strengthens institutional readiness for MRV systems, national GHG inventories, and climate reporting—supporting informed, lawful, and defensible decision-making.
Inclusive & Sustainable Bioeconomy Design
Our advisory integrates social inclusion and equity considerations across research, system design, and programme implementation.
We ensure that EO-enabled bioeconomy initiatives contribute to inclusive growth, resilient livelihoods, and socially sustainable outcomes—particularly in emerging and developing markets.
Why Choose Us?
We combine Earth Observation expertise, bioeconomy and agrifood economics, and hands-on system delivery to offer practical, decision-ready solutions. Our approach focuses on institutional adoption and implementation—helping clients move beyond analysis to scalable, real-world impact.
Portfolio Lead – Earth Observation & Climate Systems (Bioeconomy & AFOLU)
Mr. Fredrick Ogoro Mokua
The joint portfolio is led by Mr. Fredrick Ogoro Mokua, Portfolio Lead for Earth Observation & Climate Systems, who brings over a decade of international experience designing and operationalising Earth Observation–enabled solutions for bioeconomy-relevant land use, agrifood (AFOLU), climate resilience, and ecosystem management. He has led the delivery of EO-driven MRV systems, national GHG inventories, land-use and biodiversity information platforms, and early-warning systems for UN agencies, national governments, and international technical partners, including NASA- and UNDP-supported programmes. Dr. Titus Ndunda, Founder and Managing Director of TreAdvisory GmbH, complements this leadership with strategic bioeconomy and agrifood economics expertise, providing policy, investment, and programme design leadership to ensure that EO- and data-driven solutions are economically grounded, adoption-ready, and scalable within real-world market and institutional contexts.
