Founder & Managing Director

Dr. Titus Ndunda

Based in Bonn, Germany, Dr. Ndunda leads research  at TreAdvisory.  He  holds a PhD in Economics from the Europa-Universität Flensburg-Germany. 

Dr. Titus Ndunda is an economist with specialized experience in the bioeconomy and agrifood systems, bringing over eight years of international expertise in economic advisory, investment facilitation, and sustainability-driven market development across East Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He has held senior roles within the United Nations system in Bonn and Nairobi, where his work focused on climate and bioeconomy policy, green investment frameworks, and environmental and agrifood economics.

His professional experience includes facilitating foreign and domestic direct investment (FDI/DDI), embedding ESG and sustainability criteria into bioeconomy and agrifood market-entry strategies, and supporting SMEs and innovation-driven enterprises to scale responsibly across sectors including agriculture, renewable energy, e-mobility, and healthcare. He combines rigorous economic analysis with hands-on advisory and project leadership, supported by strong professional networks in Germany, Kenya, and Southeast Asia.

As Founder and Managing Director of TreAdvisory GmbH, with operations in Germany and Nairobi, Dr. Ndunda leads investment and advisory engagements that bridge the DACH region and the East African Community, enabling investable, policy-aligned, and ESG-compliant bioeconomy and market systems through strategic design, partnership development, and implementation support.

Local Representative- Kenya

Mr. Moses Maina

Mr. Moses Maina is TreAdvisory`s Ltd local representative to Kenya.  He ensures compliance by TreAdvisory Ltd 
of all requirements under the Kenya`s Companies Act, 2015. 
He is a tax specialist and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi.

 He is also a Tax Trainer and Consultant, and a Lecturer of Taxation at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration. He previously worked with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and Kenya’s National Treasury from 1984 to 2019 rising from the position of Tax Assessor Trainee to Senior Assistant Commissioner for Tax Policy and Tax Legislation.

His extensive training in tax was undertaken at Kenya’s Income Tax Training School, Malaysian Tax Academy, Kyoto Comparative Law Centre and Korea International Cooperation Agency.   His wealth of knowledge include providing leadership in the Budget and Tax Policy at KRA and National Treasury, Negotiation of Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements (DTA’s) and Bilateral Investment Agreements (BIA’s), Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT- which is for Benchmarking Administration of Domestic Taxes), Tax Incentives, Taxation of Income and Capital Gains, Taxation of Charities and Not for Profit Organizations, Taxation of Informal Sector as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) and Excise Duty.

Other areas of expertise include Retirement Benefit Programs, Investment Vehicles and Financial Products including Sharia Compliant Financial Products. He is also involved in Community Service, Knowledge and Expertise Retention and Transfer; as well as Coaching and Mentoring the Youth. His accumulation of knowledge is drawn from the KRA, National Treasury, Kenya School of Revenue Administration, East African Revenue Authority Technical Committee and Negotiation of Taxation and Investment Agreements with more than twenty countries.

Senior Geospatial and Climate Systems Expert

Mr. Fredrick Mokua

Mr. Fredrick Ogoro Mokua is a senior geospatial and climate systems expert with over a decade of international experience designing and operationalising Earth Observation–enabled solutions for bioeconomy-relevant land use, agrifood (AFOLU), climate resilience, and ecosystem management.

He has led the development of EO-driven MRV systems, national GHG inventories, land-use and biodiversity information platforms, and early-warning systems across Africa, working with UN agencies, national governments, and international technical partners, including NASA- and UNDP-supported programmes.

As Portfolio Lead at TreAdvisory GmbH, Mr. Mokua specializes in translating satellite data and advanced geospatial analytics into policy-aligned, institutionally adoptable, and scalable systems that enable evidence-based decision-making and long-term impact. He brings strong complementarity to space-technology and AI partners by bridging EO capabilities with practical bioeconomy, climate, and agrifood applications.

Research Coordinator, Kenya

Ms. Goodie Odhiambo

Ms. Goodie Odhiambo coordinates research at TreAdvisory and is the founder of Goodie’s Ltd in Nairobi, where she has spent over a decade building research and business capacity among craft artisans across Kenya. She brings extensive community-level networks and experience in product development. A 2014 U.S. State Department nominee to the African Women Entrepreneurship Program (AWEP), she also consults for the International Trade Centre (ITC) on artisan development in the Dadaab Refugee Camp. Goodie is an alumna of CopyrightX, a program offered by Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center.

Research Assistant, Kenya

Ms. Jeniffer Ntinyari

Ms. Ntinyari is a business management graduate with over four years of experience in research, marketing, and operations. She currently serves as a Research Consultant at TreAdvisory, where she supports primary data collection and network engagement across various projects. Her previous roles at organizations such as Proto Energy, IPSOS, and TIFA Research have equipped her with practical skills in field coordination, stakeholder outreach, and data management.
